We are off to Providence this weekend for a visit with family and a half-ironman, which I hope will generate some content for the blog.
Also, marathon training started for me this week! I'm running the Philadelphia Marathon with the help of the training programs offered on the Run Well blog of the NY Times. It only has me running four days a week which is ideal for my body, but there are a lot of 18 mile runs in there! We'll see how that goes. Maybe I can coordinate with some Rule #1 Runners.
